Terms and Conditions for Financial Mentor Services
1. Scope of Services:
• The financial mentor (“Mentor”) will provide guidance and advice on financial matters based on their expertise.
• The Mentor does not guarantee specific financial outcomes and is not responsible for individual financial decisions made by the client.
2. Client Responsibilities:
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their financial situation.
• Clients acknowledge that the Mentor’s guidance is educational and not a substitute for professional financial advice.
3. Confidentiality:
• All client information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, and the Mentor will not disclose any sensitive information without explicit consent unless required by law.
4. Payment and Fees:
• Clients agree to the specified payment terms and fees for the mentorship services as outlined in the agreement.
• Payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
• Clients must provide reasonable notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of mentorship sessions.
• The Mentor reserves the right to charge a fee for missed appointments without proper notice.
6. Intellectual Property:
• All materials provided by the Mentor, including but not limited to documents, articles, and resources, are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability:
• The Mentor is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from the client’s financial decisions or actions taken based on the guidance provided.
8. Termination of Services:
• Either party may terminate the mentorship services with written notice.
• The Mentor reserves the right to terminate services if the client engages in inappropriate behavior or fails to adhere to the terms and conditions.
9. Amendments:
• These terms and conditions may be amended by the Mentor with reasonable notice to clients.
10. Governing Law:
• This agreement is governed by the laws of Supreme Court of Ohio, and any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Supreme Court of Ohio.
By engaging in mentorship services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Return and Refund Policy for Financial Mentorship Services
1. Service Satisfaction:
• Client satisfaction is a priority for the financial mentor (“Mentor”).
• If a client is dissatisfied with the mentorship services provided, they must communicate their concerns to the Mentor in a timely manner.
2. Refund Eligibility:
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are contingent on the nature of the concern raised by the client.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing, explaining the specific reasons for dissatisfaction.
3. Limitations on Refunds:
• Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered.
• The Mentor reserves the right to assess the validity of each refund request and may offer alternative solutions, such as additional mentorship sessions or adjusted service plans.
4. Refund Process:
• Refund requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the Mentor reviews and approves the request.
• Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
5. Cancellation and Pro-Rated Refunds:
• In the event of a client-initiated cancellation, the Mentor may provide a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of prepaid mentorship services.
6. No Refund for Missed Appointments:
• Clients are responsible for attending scheduled mentorship sessions. Missed appointments without proper notice do not qualify for refunds.
7. Policy Changes:
• The Mentor reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy with reasonable notice to clients.
8. Contact Information:
• Clients should direct all refund requests and concerns to the Mentor through the provided contact information.
By engaging in mentorship services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return and Refund Policy.
